W. Simmons Contractors.

W. Simmons Contractors was founded by Wayne D. Simmons in 1973. As a 1968 graduate of Henderson High in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Wayne went on to attend college at the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology to pursue a career in architecture.

W. Simmons Contractors entered into the industry with its primary focus on residential construction renovations, additions, new construction) then entered into commercial construction (schools, ibraries, fire stations, townships, etc.) in the early 80's.

With the assistance of his wife, Sharon, in 1993 W. Simmons Contractors became incorporated and known as
Sha-Nic, Inc., a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) company.
